Hello and welcome to the Stamping with Friends Blog Hop. We are a group of Stampin’ UP! demonstrators from around the world sharing a love of paper crafting. Today’s challenge is to create a project using products from the Last Chance List.
I’m happy to be back in my crafting room, and coloring just what I needed. My sinuses went into overdrive after I returned from Onstage NC because the pollen there was awful. It took me about two weeks to feel better, and of course, when you take time off, there’s always a backlog of work to catch up on.

For my card, I used two products: the Lifelong Friends Cling Stamp Set and the Shades & Hues 6×6 Designer Series Paper.

The card base is Thick Basic White card stock. I adhered the Petal Pink Shades & Hues Designer Series Paper to a Berry Burst panel. Then, I added a strip of Petal Pink cardstock. The oval is a die cut from the Impressions Abloom Bundle, which will be available on May 6th.
Using the retired Stampartus (yes, I still use this tool), I stamped the image onto the die-cut using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. To color the two ladies and flowers, I used various Stampin’ Blends. The lady on the left is wearing Daffodil Delight (shirt), Misty Moonlight (shorts), Basic Black (Hair), and Natural Tones Stampin’ Blends (skin tone). The lady on the right used Berry Burst (dress) and Basic Black (hair). I like how it turned out.

The sentiment is stamped in Memento Tuxedo ink, and I using my snips, I fussy cut it out. Both the sentiment and panel are popped up using Stamping Dimensionals.
I am going to create more card bases using the other colors in the pack, so I’ll have them on hand whenever I need a card. The card base below has a Flirty Flamingo panel with Petal Pink Designer Series Paper. Do you do that?

An adorable card Linda, love it x
What a gorgeous card! I love the fussy cutting! It really looks like you had a die. And I’m jealous of your coloring skills! I guess I need to go practice! haha
Beautiful coloring! I like the mix of DP too!
