Delightful Wishes Step Card

Hello and welcome to the first blog hop of the year with Stamping with Friends Blog Hop Group. We are a group of Stampin’ Up! demonstrators worldwide sharing our love of paper crafting with you. The challenge for this blog hop is to create a step card. I choose to make a faux step card using Delightful Wishes.

My card has me looking forward to spring. We are projected to get 3 – 5 inches of snow in my area. We haven’t had snow here in three years.

For my cardbase, I used Old Olive card stock. I choose two designer series paper patterns from the Floral Delight Designer Series Paper pack.

I stamped the detail image in Peach Pie and the filling stamp in Daffodil Delight for the floral image. The sentiments are from the Mixed Label Cling Stamp Set.

Just a reminder, the products I used will be available on January 7th. I can’t wait to play with the Delightful Wishes stamp set some more…do you think it will bring spring a little faster?
