Colorful Seasons – RemARKably Created Tutorial Coop

Hello everyone.
The theme for September’s RemARKably Created Tutorial Coop is Thankful/Gratitude. For my card, I used the Colorful Seasons and Country Home (sentiment only) stamp sets.

I am determined to use stamp sets I have “sitting on the shelf” and Colorful Seasons is one of them. Do you have stamp sets you haven’t used in awhile (or never inked up)?

For this card, I did a technique that was new to me – the baby wipe technique. Who knew that baby wipes can create a beautiful effect?

I randomly applied 6-8 drops of each ink refill on the baby wipe. Started with the darkest color – Cajun Craze (my favorite color), then Pumpkin Pie and finally Crushed Curry. Ink the leaf stamp by tapping and going in circles to get a good coverage. Stamp on the Whisper White card stock. Do the same for the small leaf – but leave enough room for the sentiment.
