Card Sketch using Fern & Flora – Ink Stamp Share Blog Hop

Hello and welcome to the Ink Stamp Share Blog Hop. Today’s challenge is a card sketch. For my card, I used products from Fern & Flora. A sketch is a great tool to use for ideas, especially if you have a “card making block” (like writer’s block). You can follow a sketch as it is or put your own twist on it.

I used the Moonlit Flora Designer Series Paper.

The card base is Thick Basic White card stock. Using Multipurpose Liquid Glue, I adhere Soft Sea Foam card stock to it and then a panel of Secret Sea card stock.

For the focal point, I cut the designer series paper just right to show only the moth. I adhere it to Soft Sea Foam card stock. I cut another piece of designer series paper just like the sketch, but I changed the other DSP up just a little. I die-cut two label pieces for the sentiment: one in Basic White and the other in Mossy Meadow. I cut the Mossy Meadow in half and adhered it.
