Hello and thank you for stopping by today. I am participating in Kylie’s International Blog Highlights for May. This month’s theme is Encouragement and for my project, I used Stampin’ Up! the stamp set Strong & Beautiful.
The Strong & Beautiful stamp set is a wonderful way to encourage the women in your life..from your mom to your best friend.
How I made this card:
The card base is Whisper White – 5 1/2 x 8 1/2 scored at 4 1/4
The Daffodil Delight panel is 5 3/8 x 4 1/8
The Old Olive panel is 5 1/4 x 4 and embossed with the Subtle Embossing folder
The Bird Ballard DSP (which will be available June 4th) is 4 5/8 x 2 1/2 and the Crumb Cake matte is 4 3/4 x 2 5/8
The bottom DSP panel is the back side of the DSP used in the focal panel, that is 5 1/4 x 1 1/4
I adhered the Daffodil Delight to the card base.
After embossing the Old Olive, I adhered the Bird Ballard focal point to it. Then I adhered the bottom DSP panel and added to Calypso Coral Satin Ribbon on top.
I used the layering ovals for the die cut in Whisper White and Crumb Cake. Stamped the sentiment in Old Olive. Popped up with dimensionals.
