Hello and welcome to the Remarkable Created Blog Hop for November 2017. This month our theme is the Stampin Blends!
You may just be starting the blog here at my blog, Linda Moore @ Moore Fun Stamping or may have come from the person previous to me in the list.
If you get off track at any time, the full line-up below will help you move along from blog to blog so you can see all the projects.
Stampin Blends are premier alcohol markers from Stampin’ Up!. They are a dual-tip high quality marker – brush tip for larger areas and a fine tip for details.
Now I will admit that I was very hesitate at first in coloring yet alone blending, but the Stampin Blends makes it so easy. Not only are they fun to use but very therapeutic – a little coloring at night relaxes away the stress from my day.
I made two projects: a card and a ceramic coaster
My first project is a card using the Just Add Color Designer Series Paper. This paper is perfect in using the Stampin Blends. You get 12 sheets measuring 12″X12″ – two designs each. This paper allows you to bring out your coloring creativity.
I love to grow indoor house plant, so I choose the watering can design. It was so much fun coloring this paper. And did you know that you can use the Stampin Blends to color the Pearl Basic Jewels? Did you notice the baker twine? It is a new product which will be available starting January 3rd in the Occasions Catalog.
For my second project, I chose to decorate a ceramic coaster. This type coaster will not hurt the nib of the marker for it has a smooth surface. The image is stamped with Black Memento ink ( I let it dry a little) then proceeded to color. The stamp set used is called “Lovely Wishes” which will also be available beginning Jan 3rd in the Occasions Catalog. The sentiment is from the Ribbon of Courage stamp set.
I hope you have enjoyed these two projects and you will be inspired to try them.
Thanks for taking part in our blog hop, there are so many amazing ideas and inspiration you don’t want to miss. Remember that currently, you are at my blog – Linda Moore @ Moore Fun Stamping, so check the blog hop line-up list to see who is next on the list.
