Snail Mail – thank a mail carrier.

Hello everyone and I thank you for stopping by today.
Did you know that today, February 4th, is National Thank a Mail Carrier day? The Snail Mail Suite is just perfect for this.

The Snail Mail Suite is in the Jan-Jun Mini Catalog. Aren’t the snails so darn cute.

For my mail carrier, I made this cute little self-closing box filled with some tootsie rolls along with a 3×3 card to show my appreciation of the hard work especially during these trying times.
Self -closing boxes are fun an easy to make. Bermuda Bay card stock was used for the box. I stamped the snail in Memento Ink and used Stampin’ Blends to color him.

Oh just a little tidbit – some of the images on the designer series paper can be cut out with the snail dies. How awesome is that?

The Happy Mail stamp image – oh my I have been stamping that on the back of the envelopes for the cards I send out. Who doesn’t like happy mail?

I do hope my mail carrier like this little token of appreciation. How will you thank your mail carrier?
