Hello and welcome to my blog. I’m hopping with some Design Team members of the Ink Stamp Share Blog Hop group. The blog hop for today is the July 2025 Showcase, where we share what we are working on. I am working on items for three upcoming vendor events starting in October.
One of my best-selling items is the altered mini composition books—people buy them as stocking stuffers/office gifts. I need to make about 40 per event.
The first one, I used the Cute As Can Bee Designer Series Paper. Used Petunia Pop Ribbon 3/8 Border Ribbon (it’s on the Last Chance – so buy it while it’s available). Sentiment is from the Meant To Be Photopolymer Stamp Set, which is stamped using the Petunia Pop Classic Stampin’ Pad. I got a “oh that’s nice” from my daughter, so that I will be making more like this.
For this altered mini comp book, I used the Celebratory Sips Designer Series Paper. The ribbon is Strawberry Slush, and the sentiment is from the You Are Remarkable Photopolymer Stamp Set. Both sentiment circles were punched out using the new 1 7/8 inch circle punch.
The hardest part for me in making these altered mini-composition books is choosing which Designer Series Paper to use. And believe me, I have plenty to choose from. So off I go to prep the mini-composition books. However, I hope I have challenged you to use your paper for more than just cards.
