Hello and welcome to my blog. I am hopping with the Ink Stamp Share Blog Hop Group. It has been a while since I have blogged with this group. The challenge for the blog hop is to create a project using Online Exclusives. I chose the Sunflower 3D Embossing Folder.
When I saw this embossing folder, I just knew I had to get it. I mean, I have sunflowers in my logo, and I’m from Kansas.
I created four cards using the embossing folder. I only added a sentiment to one, and will add sentiments to the others as I use them.
My first card – The card base is Secret Sea. I embossed Cloud Cover card stock and adhered it to Basic White card stock. The sentiment is from the You Are Remarkable Photopolymer Stamp Set. I die-cut Basic White and Secret Sea card stock using two of the Nested Essential Dies. I popped up the sentiment panel using Stamping Dimensionals.
Second card – The card base is Daffodil Delight. I embossed Daffodil Delight card stock and very lightly applied Peach Pie ink over it. I love how it came out. What color combinations would you use if you did this technique?
Third card – The card base is Thick Basic White card stock. I embossed Basic White card stock. I added Tuxedo Memento Ink on the debossed side. Be prepared to have some inky fingers. I added the embossed panel to Lolly Lemon card stock.
And finally, my last card – The card base is this Basic White card stock. I embossed the Two-Tone Strawberry Slush card stock. Using my sanding block, I sanded it down just a little. I adhered this panel to Flirty Flamingo card stock.
