Cheers and Sips

Hello and welcome to the Stamping with Friends Blog Hop group. We are a group of Stampin’ Up! Demonstrators from around the world share our passion for paper crafting. It’s the first of the month, so that means it’s time for Bloggers’ Choice. I made a card using the Cheers and Sips products.

Do you use sketches? I do, for they are a great inspiration, and you can use CASE or put your own spin on it. I decided to CASE the sketch today.

I just received this bundle this past week, and I couldn’t wait to play with it. It really wasn’t on my list to purchase, but after seeing so many examples created by other demonstrators using the Cheers and Sips bundle, I just had to get it.

For my card base, I used Thick Whisper White. The two card stock panels are Old Olive and Berry Burst card stock, which I adhered to the card base using Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I then added a piece of the Celebratory Sips Designer Series Paper.

I used the Hearts of Elegance Dies to die-cut the heart shape on the Timid Tiger card stock. I am sad to say that the Hearts of Elegance bundle is now on the Last Chance List, so don’t wait to purchase yours.
I embossed the card stock with the Plaster Painting 3D Embossing Folder. I fussy cut the two glasses and adhered the tall one with liquid glue and popped up the smaller one with Stamping Dimensionals.
This panel was popped up on the card base using Stamping Dimensionals. I stamped the two sentiments in Berry Burst ink, fussy cut them out, and also popped them up.

This can be a masculine card. You need to change out the Designer Series Paper. I hope I have inspired you to use a sketch as your next source of inspiration. Now to see what else I can make with the Cheers and Sips Bundle.
