Annual Catalog Card Template 1

Hello and welcome to the Stamping with Friends Blog Hop. This month’s theme is Blogger’s Choice, where we showcase what we have been working on to inspire you. I’ve been working on cards using Template 1 (see arrow below) from page 22 of the Annual Catalog.

If your crafting mojo needs a jump start or is just looking for an idea for a card, card templates are an excellent source of inspiration. I will share cards using the templates for the next few weeks.

For my first attempt at making a card using the template, I used products from the 2024 Paper Pumpkin. It usually takes me a long time to open a kit, but I immediately opened this one. The card base is Calypso Coral. I cut one of the card bases included in the kit to use as Designer Series Paper (back layer). This card is going to a special friend of mine.

For my second card, The card base is Blackberry Bliss (my favorite color). I used the sentiment from the Thoughtful Journey stamp set and the Thoughtful Journey Designer Series Paper. I angeled the back layer of Designer Series Paper just a little differently from the template. I adhered the top layer of Designer Series Paper to Wild Wheat card stock. I made this card for my Rheumatologist. She is moving on to another practice, and I will miss her.
