Hello and thank you for visiting my blog. Today I am hopping with some awesome members from the Ink, Stamp, Share group. We will be showing what we have been working on. I finally inked up the Textures & Frames stamp set. Oh and by the way it’s a Sale-A-Bration item so that means it is free with a qualified order.
The images can give a hand-painted artistic touch to your paper projects. Your cards and tags can have that freshly painted look without the pesky smell of fumes and turpentine. You’ll have so much fun layering on splotches, circles, and brushstrokes. Use the circles and squares to frame your favorite stamped images and sentiments. Or stamp the images repeatedly to create backgrounds and texture.
For my card, I used the splotch image. I used Mango Melody, Flirty Flamingo, Poppy Parade, and Granny Apple Green. For the color combinations, I went to one of my favorite sources, My Create Ink- SU Color Lab. I love that website.
I die-cut a circle and lightly traced around it. From there I stamped the image around the circle in various colors.
I used dies from the Stitched So Sweet die set to die-cut the Basic White and Mango Melody Card stock. The Happy Birthday sentiment is from the Pansy Patch stamp set.
