Daisy Garden – 2021-2023 In Colors

Hello and welcome to my blog. So happy you stopped by today. Todays’ blog post is about the Daisy Garden Background stamp and the 2021 – 2023 In Colors.

The new In Colors are Polished Pink, Pale Papaya, Evening Evergreen, Soft Succlent and Fresh Fressia.

The cards I made are fast and simple. Just need Versamark Ink, Embossing Powder, In Color Ink, Ribbon, a heat tool and of course card stock. I inked up the background Daisy Garden stamp with Versamark and embossed with white embossing powder. The sentiments are from the Through it together punched out with the Double Oval punch. My favorite sentiment from the set is “sending you this paper hug”. We all could use a hug – don’t you think?

Out of the five colors – I used Fresh Fressia, Polished Pink and Pale Papaya (my favorite color).

The card base is 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 scored at 4 1/4 – set this aside. Cut a panel in the same color to 4 1/8 x 5 3/8. Rub your embossing buddy over this panel. I laid the Daisy Garden stamp on my desk face up and inked it with Versamark ink. I then laid the panel on top and applied pressure to get a good impression (you can also use your Stamparatus for this step). Apply the white embossing powder and use a heat gun to melt it.

The sentiments are from the Through it together stamp set. My favorite sentiment from this stamp set is “sending you this paper hug”. Who couldn’t use a hug today?
