Hello and welcome to the Colour Combo July Blog Hop.I hope you have enjoyed Sue Allen’s wonderful project. This month’s colors are: Highland Heather, Misty Moonlight and Saraha Sand. For my card, I used the new Best Plaid Builder Die.
Now these three colors were a little bit hard for me. After much thought, I finally came up with a card. I loved how it turned out.
For my card I used the new The Best Plaid Builder Die which is part of the Best Year Bundle in the 2020-2021 Annual Catalog.
I die cut two pieces of card stock from the die on the right – one in Highland Heather and Misty Moonlight. Also I die-cut Sahara Sand from the die on the left.
To assemble the card, adhere the Misty Moonlight die cut to the Whisper White Card Stock panel. Next adhere the Sarah Sand die cut panel. And finally offset the Heather Highland die cut.
I stamped the sentiment “You Are Amazing” (from the Band Together stamp set 149231) in Misty Moonlight on Whisper White Card Stock and die cut it out with one of the Stitched So Sweetly dies. The flowers is from the Basket of Blooms stamp set (153305) and punched out using the Small Bloom punch.
Adhere this panel to Basic Black Card Stock and then to the card base.
Apply Stampin’ Dimensionals to the back of the sentiment panel and adhere to card. Use Mini Glue Dots to adhere the flowers.
